During your first visit at our office in Albuquerque, Dr. Gregory McGee will complete a full oral examination to determine the treatment plan most suited to your dental condition. The introductory appointment allows you to ask your oral surgeon any questions regarding your condition and the available treatment options. This initial consultation is also a great opportunity for our team to complete any necessary X-rays or 3D scans to develop your treatment plan.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- A list of any current medications you are taking
- Surgical referral slip and any X-rays, if applicable (you can request these or have them sent over by your dentist or referring doctor)
- Valid driver’s license or photo ID
- Filling out any of the appropriate patient forms online
Patients who are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all appointments.
When completing your registration paperwork and speaking with Dr. McGee, please be sure to disclose any existing medical conditions, even if you don’t think they are relevant to your oral health. We suggest that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to complete any forms regarding insurance information or medical history. To reduce your wait time, we’ve provided all your initial registration paperwork on our website. We encourage patients to complete the registration form before their first appointment. If you have had any X-rays or scans before your consultation, you may contact your dentist or referring doctor to have them sent to our office in Albuquerque, NM.
Please call before your initial consultation appointment with any questions. Our office staff will be happy to assist you so that you feel fully prepared and welcome at your visit to our practice.
